Our website design process has 4 stages that we typically split over 4 weeks. Depending on the project we may be able to complete sooner, or it may take longer.

Can I update or edit my website?
Absolutely! We will provide you with access to your website if you or your staff wish to manage it.
We’re also an email away if you ever need us to make any changes to your website. We provide website maintenance on a monthly or hourly basis.
We also provide custom tutorial videos and training, included in your web design package or separately.
Will you update and maintain my website?
Yes! We’re always an email away if you need us to make any changes to your website. We provide website maintenance on a monthly basis or we can bill you hourly for any web design and website development work as needed.
We can also provide you with access and training to your website if you or your staff wish to manage it.
How much input do I have during the web design process?
Your input is crucial! A website design is a collaborative process and your input is required at every stage. We are building a website for your business.
From the initial brainstorming session and website design blueprint, to gathering content, and providing feedback and revisions, we will be working together to build your website.
Do you provide the content (text, images, etc.) for the website?
Typically clients provide all or most of the content for the websites including but not limited to text, logos, images, video, graphics, etc.
However, we can provide you with copywriting at additional cost.
Depending on the graphic design or logo design requirements we may be able to assist.
If you don’t already have images consider hiring a professional photographer.

Do you take care of my domain name and hosting?
We do, yes.
With our website maintenance packages, starting at $50/mo., you can rest assured your website is taken care of and working for your business.
Domain names are an additional annual cost, typically $20-$30/year. Email management also available at additional cost.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Cheque, Cash or e-Transfer.
For website design we typically require 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due upon completion for small projects. For larger web design projects, we often set more milestones.
Do you only work with clients in Halifax?
No, we work with client anywhere and everywhere.
